2005-02 St Louis

This trip was what really started Lori's e-bay business. It was the first big purchase of merchandise to resale. To pickup the merchandise (a literal truck load of stuff), we took a two-day trip to St. Louis. There were three of us; Lori, her mom and me. The truck that we took was a standard cab, short-bed step-side truck. Too bad I don't have any pictures of the truck, you would quickly see that the three of us were packed in there tight! The pictures of us with Superman were taken in Metropolis, Illinois. We saw a sign along side the interstate advertising a large Superman statue. It was only 20 miles off of the interstate to get there, so we decided to take the detour. That side trip made this trip memorable. I have great memories from that trip and have completely forgot about the truck breaking down before we got out of Knoxville.
