PACE planning for email

This presentation from the WaveTalkers give a perspective on a P.A.C.E. plan that I had not considered before. I like his thought that at each level of the pace plan the goal is to sustain communications until the next level up the plan can be re-established with the returning to the primary method always being the goal.
